The Customer Engagement Model (CEM) Team is part of the Transformation Center and has the following key objectives:

• Supports Syensqo's Global Business Units (GBUs) as an internal advisory team.
  This includes:
• Growing Syensqo’s market shares by finding new commercial opportunities and selecting the most promising battles;
• Accelerating value capture through go-to-market, Key Account management, Pricing strategy and management, business innovation
• Leveraging digital on customer centric approach and on projects co-executed with other excellence teams.
• Works with cross functional teams across the organization to identify opportunities, develop sound business cases and drive measurements of actions to continuously improve on the inputs and ultimately the outputs of the business

• Works and supports development of commercial tools, accessing and working with big data from multiple sources, and partnering with the business to identify strategic opportunities and deliver results
• Develops and gives training together with its multinational coworkers to raise commercial excellence / pricing capabilities and skills across the group.

We’ll count on your for:

As part of Change Management, you will:

• Support a range of users in utilizing company-specific Pricing and other Commercial tools effectively.
• Conduct & Lead training sessions for small to large groups.
• Develop and Update training resources, including multimedia content and informational guides.
• Evaluate user engagement levels for the Commercial tools and address areas of underutilization.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in tool data.

You will bring/Required skills :

• A Bachelor education level
• Be a highly motivated and fast-learning team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude who shows initiative, flexibility, determination and professionalism;
• Have strong communication skills in English, both verbally and written. Any other language is a plus;
• Have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including problem structuring and synthesis;
• Have demonstrated a strong ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural and international environment; 
• Advanced mastering of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity of video editing software will be a plus
