ESG Reporting Manager

We are looking for:
- The ESG Reporting Manager will report to the Head of Group Accounting and Reporting and closely collaborate with stakeholders in many different functions (such as: Sustainability Development, Strategy, Internal Audit & Risk Management, IT, Legal & Compliance, Industrial) and GBUs, while you will drive our ESG reporting, animating a network of ESG controllers and participating in the setup of the Sustainability Strategy.
We count on you for:
- Designing, formalizing, and maintaining the ESG reporting in line with CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, and other relevant existing and emerging frameworks in a global context.
- Managing the ESG reporting and consolidation process (scope, methodology, timing, data quality) and drafting the corresponding procedures, guidelines, and process descriptions.
- Support the planning and forecasting (mid-term plans and budgets) of the sustainability-related targets and resources.
- Providing input for the update of the double materiality assessment in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of internal controls to ensure the timely, correct, and transparent reporting of sustainability goals and metrics.
- Defining, implementing, and maintaining sustainability reporting communication with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., external auditors).
- Participate in the selection and implementation of IT technical tools and systems for sustainability reporting.
You will bring:
- Bachelor's degree ideally in the field of Finance or Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience within Finance at Corporate or GBU level.
- Strong business acumen.
- Affinity to and basic understanding of sustainability reporting requirements.
- Data-driven and process-automation oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player who can interact at all levels of the organization in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Good analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
