We are looking for:
A motivated and organized young professional to join our Global Packaging Procurement team. In this role, you will contribute to strategic packaging initiatives while supporting a major sustainability and regulatory transformation program linked to the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).
You will work in a lean, international, and highly collaborative environment, interacting with procurement professionals, packaging experts, sustainability specialists, supply chain teams, and business stakeholders across the globe. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to global procurement, project coordination, sustainability, and digital ways of working.
We count on you for:
• Supporting the implementation of our PPWR compliance roadmap by helping coordinate projects across different business units and functions;
• Tracking project plans, milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure progress is maintained;
• Organizing meetings, preparing agendas and summaries, and following up on key actions and decisions;
• Consolidating information from multiple stakeholders and preparing project status updates;
• Identifying potential risks, challenges, and roadblocks and helping facilitate timely resolution;
• Maintaining project documentation, reporting tools, and governance materials;
• Supporting senior procurement professionals on selected sourcing and supplier-related initiatives;
• Assisting with market research, supplier information gathering, and sourcing preparation activities;
• Contributing to data analysis, reporting, and the use of digital tools, including AI-enabled solutions;
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues across regions and functions in a global environment.

You will bring:
• Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field;
• Up to 2 years of experience through internships, academic projects, or first professional experience;
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different stakeholders simultaneously;
• Interest in sustainability, circular economy, and regulatory topics;
• Interest in digital tools, data analysis, and AI-enabled ways of working;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of reporting or data visualization tools is a plus;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken;
• A proactive, structured, reliable, and learning-oriented mindset.

• Duration: 6–12 months (internship) or up to 24 months (VIE);
• Location: Brussels, Belgium or Bollate, Italy;
• Global scope with exposure to teams across EMEA, North America, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific;
• Limited travel may be required depending on project needs.
