We are looking for:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Compliance Program Manager to lead a critical program focused on export control and the review and classification of technology under ITAR and dual-use regulations. This role aims to ensure proper marking and archiving of technologies stored in physical form or in digital databases.
- This role is crucial to ensure compliance and proper classification of technologies within the company. By leading this project, you will directly contribute to maintaining our company's reputation for excellence and adherence to international regulations. Your work will help safeguard our intellectual property, support our global operations, and ensure that we continue to meet our compliance and regulatory obligations. This position is vital to our mission of driving breakthroughs and addressing critical needs,as it ensures that our technologies are accurately classified and managed, thereby enabling us to innovate and deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.
We count on you for:
- Coordinate a global compliance program to review and classify technology under ITAR and dual-use regulations.
- Ensure proper marking and archiving of technologies in both physical and digital formats
- Ensure compliance with export control regulations and company policies.
- Ensure alignment across the company and collaboration between the Compliance team, Functions such as HR, Digital Technology, Procurement,...and Business Units to move the program objectives forward.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on trade compliance, export control regulations, and project management best practices.
- Establish procedures and create monitoring tools to ensure the continuing appropriate classification of technologies.
- Update the relevant compliance programs and policies.
- Establish IT requirements/Golden Rules for Trade Compliance.

Competences:
- Export Control Regulations: good knowledge and understanding of ITAR and dual-use regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge to technology classification and export control
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across different departments.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and develop effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all project activities.
- Technical Savvy: Familiarity with both physical and digital storage systems for technology archiving.
Qualification & Education:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Law, Business, Engineering or related discipline).
- Experience and strong expertise related to trade compliance and export control regulations, specifically ITAR and dual-use regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) is a plus.
