We are looking for

  • An HR Global Process and Data Owner who will be responsible for governing, maintaining and continuously improving global HR process standards, data standards, policies, procedures and related governance mechanisms across the organisation. 
  • The role ensures that HR processes and master data are consistently defined, documented, adopted and monitored, supporting stronger operating discipline, compliance and business value creation. It acts as the global reference point for HR process governance and data standards, working closely with HR stakeholders, HRIT, Data/Analytics, Compliance and project teams.
  • The role partners with the HRIT function by translating business process needs, governance requirements and adoption gaps into structured business input, ensuring that HRIT can reflect these needs appropriately in the multi-year systems roadmap and related implementation plans.

Governance and Standards 

  • Own, maintain and continuously improve global HR process standards, policies, procedures and related governance frameworks.
  • Govern standard HR process design and ensure alignment across regions, functions and business areas.
  • Own and maintain HR master data standards, ensuring clear definitions, ownership, quality expectations and governance principles.
  • Review and assess change requests relating to standard HR processes, data standards and governance principles.
  • Ensure that HR process standards, data governance requirements and compliance expectations are properly considered in system roadmap and implementation planning.
  • Partner with HRIT to provide structured business input on process, data and governance needs.
  • Review requests for new HR process or system-related changes to ensure consistency with agreed standards, governance principles and operating model requirements.
  • Adoption, Compliance and Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor the adoption and consistent use of standard HR processes, data standards and governance practices across the organisation.
  • Support auditing processes on HR standards, being the HR point of contact during Group Audits.
  • Identify process adherence gaps, data quality issues and opportunities to strengthen operating discipline.
  • Work with HR and business stakeholders to define corrective actions and improvement plans.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process effectiveness, data quality, compliance and user experience.
  • Use process insights, data quality indicators, analytics input and external best practice to identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of standardisation, simplification and disciplined execution across HR processes. 

HR Project Governance and PMO Support 

  • Support or coordinate selected HR process improvement and governance initiatives.
  • Contribute to business cases for initiatives linked to process governance, data quality, compliance or operational excellence.
  • Establish or support governance forums for the review, prioritisation and approval of process and data-related change requests.
  • Work with project managers, HRIT and PMO resources to ensure that relevant process and data governance requirements are reflected in project delivery.
  • Monitor risks, issues and dependencies related to process governance, data standards and adoption. 

 

You will bring:

  • Master’s degree and certifications in project management, process improvement, ERP, or data
  • Strong experience in business process ownership, process governance, master data, ERP and business transformation.
  • Good understanding of process standardisation, change governance and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
  • Strong project and change management capability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into practical roadmaps and delivery plans.
  • Fluent in English (both written & spoken)

  • The Belgium annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: €113,000 to €142,000.  Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.The primary location for this job is Belgium; however, it may also be based in other countries. For other countries, local competitive salary conditions will apply, in line with local legislation. Information will be provided before your first interview
