Internship - Human Resources Intern (F/M/X)

We are looking for :

• An intern candidate (graduate or student) to contribute to the HR team in Brussels (Haren)

• A candidate fluent in English, with a professional level of French

• A candidate who has the legal authorization to work in Belgium

We count on you to :

• Collaborate closely with our HR team and actively participate in weekly meetings, where your input will be valued.

• Support the onboarding process for new trainees, ensuring their arrival is smooth and welcoming.

• Prepare and manage administrative documents related to internships with attention to detail

• Serve as a point of contact for managers, providing clear and helpful answers about internship opportunities.

• Work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition and Payroll teams, gaining exposure to a variety of HR functions.

• Respond to trainees’ needs and provide ongoing support to help them thrive during their internship.

• Get involved in additional HR activities, such as presenting onboarding sessions to new hires, assisting with employee offboarding, and preparing or optimizing HR materials.
