We zijn op zoek naar:

• Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en verantwoordelijke Shiftleader om ons team te versterken. De Shiftleader is verantwoordelijk voor de werking van verschillende compoundinglijnen en het aansturen van de werkzaamheden tijdens toegewezen shifts, en zorgt voor een veilige, efficiënte en productieve werkomgeving.   

Wij rekenen op u voor:

• Toezien op naleving van veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsnormen (o.a. IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001, One Planet, Quality Policy SpP Kallo, Life Saving Rules).  Respecteren van de Tenets of Operation en volgen van alle verplichte trainingen.
• Aansturen, motiveren en begeleiden van operatoren en contractors; fungeren als schakel tussen management en team.  
• Probleemoplossing tijdens productie: Zorgen voor correctief en preventief onderhoud en uitvoeren van troubleshooting tijdens het productieproces zodat productie binnen specificaties gewaarborgd wordt.  Testen van productiemonsters in het laboratorium.
• Handhaven van orde en netheid in de plant volgens 5S- en Atex-voorschriften.
• Optimaliseren van productieparameters om rendement te verhogen en kosten te verlagen.
• Verzorgen van duidelijke overdracht en communicatie tussen shifts en verschillende teams.
• Geven van technische training aan medewerkers, verstrekken van alle benodigde technische informatie en werkinstructies.

• Deelnemen aan productieoverleggen, verbetermeetings, MOC’s en projectmeetings.
• Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen op het gebied van processen, veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu.

U zult brengen:

• Diploma: Technisch secundair onderwijs
• Ervaring: Bij voorkeur 4-5 jaar ervaring in compounding
• Flexibiliteit om verschillende shifts te werken, inclusief nachten, weekenden en feestdagen  (Volcontinu productie 24/7, 12hr shifts)
• Talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels
