We are looking for:

• A Self-motivated warehouse supervisor. Independent in defining priorities, effective in managing resources, in alignment with business strategies and objectives.

• Passionate about her/his own team, keeping the working environment lively and dynamic. Agile in working in a diverse environment and able to influence stakeholders, even outside the own domain, with a strong focus on safety, quality and housekeeping, in addition to effective operation.

We count on you for:

• Guaranteeing a Safety mindset for the team

• Ensuring permanent stock control + FIFO management, to guarantee inventory accuracy 

• Organizing, coordinating and/or directly managing supply chain activities, to contribute to the GBU OTIF (OnTimeInFull) target.

• Ensuring compliance (COBI, inventory counting guidelines..) and administrate supply chain processes with a continuous improvement mindset, properly integrating sub-processes

• Managing and coordinating with internal (manufacturing, HSE, site planning, lab…) and external (suppliers,...) partners. 

• Manage own organization/team (that is working in a 3-shift system), responsibly developing talent and coaching them to performance and success.

• Ability and experience in managing Supply Chain activities (Site Logistics, internal transport and stock management)

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Zorgen voor een veiligheidscultuur binnen het team

• Permanente voorraadcontrole en FIFO-beheer, om nauwkeurigheid van stock te verzekeren

• Organiseren, coördineren en/of direct aansturen van supply chain-activiteiten, om bij te dragen aan het behalen van de GBU OTIF (OnTimeInFull) doelstelling

• Zorgen voor naleving (COBI, richtlijnen voor inventaris, ...) en het administratief afhandelen van supply chain-processen met het oog op continue verbetering, waarbij subprocessen correct geïntegreerd worden

• Het coördineren en samenwerken met interne (productie, HSE, site planning, labo, ...) en externe (leveranciers, ...) partners

• Je eigen team/organisatie aansturen (in een 3-ploegensysteem), waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor talentontwikkeling en coaching, richting succes

• Ervaring en vaardigheden in het beheren van supply chain-activiteiten (site logistiek, intern transport en voorraadbeheer)

• Kennis van warehouse management systemen (WMS) en SAP

• Leiderschap en people management

• Vermogen om invloed uit te oefenen op stakeholders, ook buiten het eigen domein
