We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Security Architect with strong expertise in SAP GRC, Audit, and Access Governance to support and evolve our SAP security landscape across enterprise platforms.

The role will focus on SAP authorization architecture, compliance governance, segregation of duties controls, and security design within complex SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and maintain enterprise-wide SAP Security Architecture and authorization strategy;
• Design, build, and optimize SAP roles, profiles, and authorization concepts across SAP systems.

Lead and support implementation and administration of:
• SAP GRC Access Control;
• Access Risk Analysis (ARA);
• Emergency Access Management (EAM);
• Access Request Management (ARM);
• Business Role Management (BRM);

Perform and coordinate:
• Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis;
• Sensitive access reviews;
• Audit remediation activities;
• User access recertification campaigns;
• Collaborate with Internal and External Audit teams to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements;
• Support SAP project delivery ensuring security-by-design principles;
• Provide governance and risk mitigation recommendations for SAP security findings;
• Troubleshoot complex authorization issues across SAP landscapes;
• Support security integration across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, BW, and connected applications;
• Contribute to security standards, procedures, and operational best practices.

Required Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in:
• SAP Security & Authorizations;
• SAP GRC Access Control suite;
• SAP Audit & Compliance processes;
• SoD rule set management;
• Role design and optimization.

Deep understanding of:
• SAP authorization objects;
• Composite and derived roles;
• SU24 / SU53 / ST01 / PFCG transactions;
• Firefighter ID management;
• SAP security troubleshooting and trace analysis.

Experience in SAP landscapes including:
• SAP ECC;
• SAP S/4HANA;
• SAP Fiori security;
• SAP BW;
• Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC) and compliance frameworks;
• Experience working in global and complex enterprise environments.

Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of NextLabs solutions and policy-based access governance;
• Familiarity with IAM integrations and identity governance concepts;
• Exposure to SAP Cloud environments and hybrid architectures;
• Knowledge in BTP tool.

Soft Skills:
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently in cross-functional environments;
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities;
• Experience interacting with auditors, compliance teams, and senior leadership.
