Who we are looking for:
Our team of eight is part of the Payroll and Benefits department, dedicated to supporting our employees with accuracy, agility, and precision. We value a collaborative and human-centered approach in everything we do.

Your mission:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for executing payroll processes, with a focus on monthly routines, terminations, social charges (e-Social), payments, and accounting reconciliations. Additionally, you will play an active role in projects aimed at enhancing the payroll system (SAP/SuccessFactors). Your technical expertise will be essential to provide operational support in Brazil, as well as to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, fostering a positive experience for our managers and employees.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing all payroll processes, ensuring deadlines are met and legal requirements are fulfilled;
- Acting as the main point of contact for interfaces with government systems and agencies (e-Social, Caixa Econômica Federal), ensuring accurate data transmission and receipt for our employees;
- Calculating, verifying, paying, and reconciling amounts related to monthly payroll, terminations, and vacations;
- Supporting managers and employees with information and guidance on matters within your scope of responsibility;
- Identifying opportunities for operational improvement to increase efficiency and ensure accuracy in deliverables.

Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
- Relevant experience in Brazilian payroll in medium or large companies.
Skills:
- Proficiency in HR and payroll tools (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, ADP Global View);
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft and Google tools;
- Knowledge of Brazilian labor and tax legislation.

Behaviors:
- Effective communication and autonomy: Ability to manage workload with a focus on deadlines and independent execution;
- Team collaboration: Ability to integrate and work synergistically with cross-functional teams.
- Organized and analytical profile;
- Advance English required (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
