We are looking for: 

• The AgroGlobal Business Unit is looking for a Global Business Controller, being responsible for ensuring support and challenges to the financial performance of the GBU. 
• Partner with the business, industrial controllers, platform and support teams to ensure ample coverage of all combined duties and tasks. 
• Help in the continuation of the standardization process.
• You will also lead projects for P&C - this role is 50% Controller and 50% projects.

We count on you for:

• Driving and leading both the performance cycle and the management cycle 
• Partnering with Business, Operations and Strategy to deliver performance and to elaborate strategic options in close collaboration with the Business & Operations Controllers
• Business Partner to segments and regions
• Steer the financial part of the management cycle of the entire GBU (monthly results, forecasting, roadmap)
• Provide financial guidance & insight, clearly communicate within and outside the GBUs about the overall performance of our business and operations. 
• Ensure efficient processes and reliability of figures. It means that you’ll have accountability on EBITDA, Cash, CFROI (value creation) for both Aroma Performance and TS GBUs, on other consolidated figures (Actual and Forecast) for Balance Sheet and P&L as well as on the other financial indicators. 
• Support other GBUs initiatives such as M&A, investment, restructuring
• Ensure compliance with the steering of internal controls for GBU and more generally speaking, work in support of the Finance Director and in collaboration with the Corporate Finance teams to ensure compliance with IFRS norms as needed

You will bring:

• B.S in Accounting or Finance Degree; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• At least five (7) years related experience working in controlling roles 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
