We are looking for:
A Senior Production Engineer for Performance & Care Brazil, Itatiba site.

We count on you for:
- To organize, implement, coordinate and monitor the production program in accordance with QHSE rules, and take appropriate action whenever necessary, to maintain knowledge of the assigned production unit and to train and manage the performance of the team;
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulations, work procedures and TQM (Total Quality Management) guidelines;
- Participate in quality initiatives.
- Control product quality standards and propose corrective measures when necessary;
- Plan production on a weekly and daily basis, and ensure the availability of all necessary resources;
- Monitor the production KPIs and production scheduling, and take necessary operational decisions in case of deviations;
- Plan, together with Maintenance, the daily & weekly maintenance. Supervise day-to-day maintenance work, performed by operators;
- Contribute to the Manufacturing Excellence and Innovation programs;
- Analyze and propose solutions for production process dysfunctions;
- Document and propose innovation and continuous improvement ideas, based on own analysis or input from the operators;
- Implement and follow up the entity’s budget, objectives, policies and procedures;
- Direct, control and coordinate the operations of his/her team. Organize training for operators. Communicate messages from the management to the operators, and vice-versa. Evaluate operator’s performance and provide feedback on a regular individual basis.
You will bring:
- Bachelor degree Engineering (Chemical preferred);
- 5-7 years of experience in similar role in manufacturing environment;
- Intermediate English (written and spoken);
- SAP and MS Office knowledge;
- Internal stakeholder management skills - will work with multidisciplinary teams (HSE, Quality, Process, Commercial, etc.)
- Team player, collaborative, corporate mindset.
