Position Mission:
Support the digital transformation of the plant by developing logic for automation systems and using tools such as Pi Vision and Seeq for monitoring and analyzing operational data. Assist in the creation and execution of digital development plans, contributing to the modernization of industrial processes. Provide field support to electrical maintenance and instrumentation teams, applying technical knowledge to promote continuous improvements and ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
Main Activities:
• Support the development and implementation of logic for automation systems (DCS), aiming to optimize industrial processes;
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and data analyses using Pi Vision and Seeq platforms for monitoring and continuous improvement of operations;
• Support the preparation, execution, and monitoring of the plant’s digital development plans;
• Perform field activities to support electrical maintenance and instrumentation teams, contributing technical solutions and improvements to systems;
• Collaborate with different areas to identify opportunities for process digitalization and automation;
• Participate in training and capacity-building initiatives to enhance knowledge in digital technologies and industrial automation;
• Assist in the technical documentation of projects and implemented solutions;
• Perform inspections, tests, diagnostics, and repairs on industrial electrical systems, panels, motors, distribution boards, controls, and circuits;
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment, identifying faults and proposing technical solutions;
• Support the installation, assembly, and adjustment of electrical components according to projects, technical standards, and internal procedures;
• Fill out work orders, maintenance reports, and intervention records in SAP or other management systems;
• Assist in the preparation and updating of operational procedures and electrical maintenance plans;
• Support the maintenance team in multidisciplinary activities when necessary;
• Participate in meetings, training, and continuous improvement programs;
• Suggest improvements in processes and equipment to increase efficiency, safety, and cost reduction;
• Perform other related activities as directed by leadership;
• Support the assembly of electrical panels, updating of electrical diagrams, and implementation of projects;
• Support the maintenance team in improvement projects and updating of automated systems.
