We are looking for:
A Customer Service Representative managing a dedicated portfolio of customers in collaboration with the relevant Accounts Managers and leading a team of 2 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), ensuring day-to-day operational execution of the Sales Process. It will be your responsibility to work though the team with management support to deliver customer satisfaction.
We count on you to:
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring the members are appropriately trained;
• Manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to invoicing and follow-up, ensuring compliance with our policies;
• Act as key liaison between customers and internal teams including planning, logistics and quality, ensuring clear and timely communication;
• Maintain accurate customer master data and ensure alignment with pricing and contracts;
• Ensure customer satisfaction and effective delivery of service to all levels of internal and external customers as well as the continuity of business;
• Understand the expectations of the business and the role of each contributor;
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes, compliance obligations, and export requirements;
• Support Complaint management processes, including credits, debits and rebates;
• Manage Customer Requests, Customer Specific Requirements and Samples Requests in SFDC (Salesforce);
• Manage customer portals ensuring timely responses;
• Monitor and improve customer KPIs through data-based decisions and proactive issue resolution;
• Own specific aspects of Continuous Improvement and other projects as defined by supply chain strategies to solve complex situations.

You will bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years experience in a similar position;
• Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish;
• Proficiency in SAP for order entry, pricing, and data management;
• CRM (Salesforce) knowledge;
• Microsoft Excel and Google tools knowledge;
• Acute customer centricity;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, initiative, and collaboration skills;
• Ability to make sound business decisions and solve problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently;
• Eagerness to learn technical product information and apply it to customer solutions;
• Confirmed supervisory and people management experience;
• Ability to manage projects.
