We are looking for:
A Customer Service Representative managing a dedicated portfolio of customers in collaboration with the relevant Accounts Managers.
Your commitment to understanding customer needs will ensure that we deliver consistently seamless and satisfying experiences.
We count on you to:
• Manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to invoicing and follow-up, ensuring compliance with our policies;
• Act as key liaison between customers and internal teams including planning, logistics and quality, ensuring clear and timely communication;
• Maintain accurate customer master data and ensure alignment with pricing and contracts;
• Collaborate with relevant teams to address special customer requests and drive effective solutions;
• Support Complaint management processes, including credits, debits and rebates;
• Manage Customer Requests, Customer Specific Requirements and Samples Requests in SFDC (Salesforce);
• Manage customer portals ensuring timely responses.

You will bring:
• University Degree in a relevant field;
• 2 years experience in a similar position;
• Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish;
• Proficiency in SAP for order entry, pricing, and data management;
• CRM (Salesforce) knowledge;
• Microsoft Excel and Google tools knowledge;
• Acute customer centricity;
• Excellent relational skills;
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently;
• Solid understanding of export compliance and documentation requirements;
• Eagerness to learn technical product information and apply it to customer solutions;
• Capacity to collaborate and work within a team.
