We are looking for: MP Account Manager.
You’ll be joining a successful team that is growing the businesses in the Region, based on superior reagents and excellence in technical service support. You’ll report to the Regional Sales Manager and be part of the Sales Team. As a key person in this team, you’ll be responsible:
- To maintain existing businesses as well as developing new ones, mainly with the biggest Groups/Corporations;
- Establish and maintain sustainable customer relationship at all levels of the customer’s organization;
- Responsible to lead the definition and implementation of the Sales Account Strategy for the accounts of responsibility and consequently New product introduction and related activities such as lab tests, plant trial, data analysis and technical report, Technical and Commercial Proposals and Bid Processes;
- Manage the business profitability, forecast, new opportunities priorities and market intelligence; all this in coordination with the Regional and Global Teams;
- Deal with a multidisciplinary team/area (Technical, Supply Chain, Planning, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, etc) inside of Syensqo’s organization, which is expected to establish and maintain excellent working relationship;
- Comply with internal reporting requirements such as Call Report, Monthly highlight, etc;
- Safety is Syensqo’s 1st priority, so application and safeguarding Solvay’s safety regulation in all circumstances will be mandatory, as well as internal policies such as Code of Business Integrity, Anti-bribery, Anti-trust, business travel expenses guidelines, etc.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, metallurgy or chemistry;
- Good experience in Mining Industry, have been working in Operation or Metallurgy Departments;
- Expert competency in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint and/or the correlates in Google Chrome, as well as statistical analysis expertise and use of tools such as MiniTab and/or JMP.
