• 机械电气专业背景且有志于从事机电设备维修工作的的高职高专在校学生。

我们指望你：

• 负责公司所有电气、仪表设备的日常维护、定期检修、故障排查与处理，确保生产设备的稳定、可靠、安全运行。协助工程师进行电仪系统的改进与优化，严格执行安全操作规程和各项管理制度。

• 执行电气设备（如电机、变频器、UPS、配电柜、照明系统等）和仪表设备（如压力/温度/流量/液位变送器、调节阀、分析仪、DCS/PLC系统I/O模块等）的日常点检、定期巡检和预防性维护计划。

• 完成设备的润滑、清洁、紧固、调整等保养工作，并做好详细记录。

• 协助进行设备的定期大修、项修和抢修工作

• 快速响应生产线的电仪设备故障，及时进行诊断、排查和修复，最大限度减少停机时间。

• 熟练使用万用表、兆欧表、过程校验仪等工具，诊断电路、信号回路及设备本身故障。

• 更换损坏的电气元件、仪表传感器、执行机构等，并确保其准确性和可靠性。

• 参与新购或改造的电仪设备的安装、接线与调试工作。

• 负责对现场仪表进行定期校准，确保其测量精度符合工艺要求，并填写校准记录和报告。

• 协助工程师进行DCS/PLC程序的在线监控和简单逻辑修改下的调试配合。

• 严格遵守公司安全规章制度、电气安全作业规程（如挂牌上锁LOTO制度）。

• 负责办理临时用电、动火作业等相关安全作业票证。

• 保持工作区域整洁，符合5S管理要求，预防安全事故的发生。

• 及时、准确、完整地填写维修工单、点检记录、设备档案等各类技术文档。

• 协助管理电仪备品备件，提出备件采购需求，并负责备件的验收和库存管理。

• 为操作人员提供基本的电仪设备操作和维护指导。

• 积极参与设备故障分析，提出改进建议，以提升设备可靠性和效率。

• 协助电仪工程师完成技术改造和项目实施的现场工作。

您將带来：

• 中专、技校或以上学历，主修电气工程、自动化、仪表、机电一体化等相关专业。

• 熟悉电气原理图、仪表接线图、PID图等技术图纸，掌握低压电气系统和仪表回路的工作原理，具备扎实的维修技能，了解PLC/DCS基础知识者优先，具备良好的动手能力和问题解决能力。

• 具备5年工业领域电仪设备维修相关工作经验，有化工、制药、制造业等行业背景者优先。

• 必须持有有效的“特种作业操作证（低压电工作业，防爆作业证）”， 持有化工仪表自动化工等相关证书。
