• 有化工行业机械设备维修、维修团队管理经验的资深工程师。

我们指望你：

• 严格遵守工厂安全规章制度和国家法律法规，确保现场机械维修工作安全有序完成。

• 采用科学方法，确保车间机械设备安全可靠运行，完成目标OEE。

• 高效管理SAP工单，及时完成车间机械设备维修工作。

• 协助主管经理建立健全预防性维修制度，全面落实预防性维修计划，并跟踪计划的实施，减少故障停车。

• 参与RCA的分析，找出故障的根源。对操作人员进行设备基础知识的培训。协助经理完成对设备的FMECA评审工作

• 领导或参与车间MOC的实施，参与公司项目施工中的技术管理，确保项目顺利完成。

• 负责夜间ON CALL维修的组织施工工作。

• 做好并及时更新车间设备台账，管理备品备件，及时申购建立库存，并负责验收。

• 根据备件的使用频次、采购周期以及重要程度，对备件的消耗进行定期分析，优化库存信息。

• 定期对车间设备巡检，定期检查检修工作，关注现场检修安全管理及5S。严格掌握检修工作中的关键质量点。

• 积极配合和完成主管经理交代的其它相关任务。

• 大专及以上，化工机械等相关专业。

• 6年以上化工企业工作经验 ，熟悉化工设备使用操作维护基本原理，具有扎实的现场维修经验。

• 具有较好的沟通能力，良好的统筹与问题解决能力，团队协作精神和积极的工作态度。

• 掌握office 办公软件，熟练的电脑操作。
