Responsibilities 职责
 Lead the process improvement and Capex investment execution on site负责工厂的工艺改进及CAPEX投资项目执行
 MOC implementation and procedure follow-up MOC方案制定、提交和执行，并负责变更实施后的工艺和技术资料更新

 HSE supervision, follow-up on HSE improvement and group HSE principle implementation 协助生产经理进行HSE提
升并跟踪集团HSE制度的执行
 Support on the maintaining of plant document system, such as SOP, recording, etc.工厂相关程序文件的参与维护及更
新，如SOP,记录等
 Process optimization and improvement for quality improvement and consumption deduction负责生产工艺过程的
优化和工艺改进，以提高产品质量，降低能源及原材料消耗
 Organize and participate in PHA , take improvement actions base on analysis results组织和参与PHA，并根据分析结
果制定和实施改进计划；
 Confirm key indicators for product process and follow up确定生产工艺的关键控制点并督促实施；
 Monitor the implement of site process, lead the analysis meeting for any abnormal situation or accident监控工艺过程
的实施情况，组织和参与对异常情况及事故的分析和问题解决，并预防再发生
 Requirements 要求
 Master degree in Chemical Engineering or related major化学工程相关专业，硕士学历
 Skill of software, such as AutoCAD, Minitab, is a plus AutoCAD, Minitab相关技能
 Fast learner, willing to take responsibility, able to handle pressure 快速学习能力，责任心，能承受压力
 Open mind for change, flexible and pro-active in resolving issues开放思想，灵活应变，积极主动地解决问题
 Analytical, self-confident, results-oriented. 善于分析，自信，注重结果
 Good skill in English, writing and reading at least. 良好的英文读写能力，优秀的英文表达将是加分项
