Role and Responsibilities

Provide technical support and development about Materials’ polymer products and solutions for Semiconductors, related equipment makers and consumables in the Semicon, Advance Packaging or AI server value chain (including application development, material selection, process design review, troubleshooting, productivity improvement, etc.).
Define priority and align resources for local customer needs; assure customers have smooth production and solve the complaints timely.
Track / communicate / report the status of the development products situation. Work with the Global CTD community, ADL, EM, and R&I teams, to develop and implement solutions for customer applications.
Provide technical marketing activities to the sale team for marketing documents, marketing programs, trade shows, seminars, etc.
Provide market intelligence / development trend for global new product development and product optimization. Share his /her expertise with whole CTD team, support to build up one total-solution team.

Experience and Skills

Bachelor, Master, Ph. D Degree in Chemistry or Polymer Science.
2 to 10 years’ experience, in Semiconductor, Advance Packaging or AI data center industry, including technical development or research.
Strong hands-on experience of Semiconductor, Advance Packaging or AI data center materials, process and related equipment and trouble shooting.
Experienced in polymer melt processing technologies: injection molding, extrusion, compression molding, and others (blow molding, coatings, etc.).
Understand the materials, equipment, consumables, technical requirements and certification process for semiconductor industry.
Able to travel within Taiwan and mainland China frequently.
Able to work and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
Be open, self-confident and with great teamwork spirit.
Strong desire for success, self-motivation, proactively looking for new challenges.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in Chinese and English (mandatory) to be able to communicate in both languages locally and globally.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, technically-oriented.
Project management.
Willingess to accept frequent travel in Taiwan and mainland China, 50% of working time is travel.
