We are looking for:
Customer Service Officer (W/M/X) to join our SCP Czech Republic team at Syensqo.
In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries, orders, and issues are managed with efficiency and professionalism. Your commitment to service excellence and your ability to coordinate across teams will be key to delivering a seamless customer experience and supporting our business growth.

We count on you to:

  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly using Syensqo’s systems and the local ERP platform.
  • Manage customer orders for deliveries from the local warehouse, including transport order management and warehouse replenishment.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or other channels, providing information on products, order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
  • Handle complaints, returns, and claims, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Production, Finance) to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
  • Prepare and manage documentation such as invoices, shipping documents, and certificates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in training and development activities.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in customer service, order management, or a related field (preferably in chemicals, materials, or manufacturing industries).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in Czech and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • A mindset of team spirit, accountability, and continuous improvement.
