Apprenticeship (2 years) - Venture & Finance Analyst

We are looking for

An apprentice who, under the supervision of the fund’s CFO and in connection with group experts (tax, treasury, accounting, legal), will support the fund’s administration, and finance, and participates actively in building investment cases

We count on you for

Administration:

• Support/maintain/enforce investment process
• Support Investment structuring

Finance:

• Portfolio funds reporting
• Portfolio start-ups valuation and reporting

Investment:

• Valuation of start-up investment cases/ structuring and negotiation support
• Contract review
• Financial modelling and returns simulation
• Financial due diligence

You can count on us for

You will bring

• Master level in Finance - Leading Business or Engineering school with a specialization in Corporate Finance, accounting or audit
• Previous internship in a VC/PE fund or an Investment Bank is a strong plus
• You are well organized and structured
• Strong technical skills in the field of accounting and finance
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Result driven
• Collaborative and able to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team

You will get

• The reasonably expected monthly base salary for this position is between €1,100 and €2,000. Compensation will be determined based on factors such as contract type, age, and education level, and may ultimately be higher or lower than the stated salary.
• 16 weeks, or more, of maternity/paternity and co-parental leave, in line with local regulations

• Location: France (Paris, Lyon)
• Hybrid or remote working model is possible
• A two-years contract
• Preferable rhythm : 2/3 days at the company and 2/3 days at school
