Le technicien Soft aura pour mission globale de fournir des services généraux dans le domaine du Soft services, tout en respectant les exigences budgétaires et de performance.

Il rendra compte au responsable Soft-Facilities.

Responsabilités principales :

• Être garant du respect des règles de sécurité et évalue les fournisseurs dans leur intervention.
• Suivi, gestion et contrôle des besoins en manutention + pilotage du prestataire
• Suivi de l’entretien et services du parc 
• Gestion et suivi du stock de véhicules (entrées / sorties)
• Remontée des besoins des clients internes
• Suivre le plan d’action Soft-facilities
• Maintien permanent de son niveau de formation
• Gestion du stock d’archives/inventaires
• Prends en charge dans le système de ticketing de Syensqo la gestion des travaux qu’il prend en charge.
• Rédaction et suivi des demandes d’achat, commandes et facturation

Vous apporterez:

• Niveau d’étude Bac+2 DUT / Licence pro installation
• Être operationnel, une personne de terrain.
• Rigoureux, ordonné, dynamique, curieux de nature et soucieux d’apprendre
• Maîtrises de base en informatique (environnement Windows et Google)
• Bonne capacité rédactionnelle.
• Sens pratique développé (débrouillardise) et efficacité au travail
• Bon esprit de réflexion pour analyser les difficultés et les situations problématiques et à risques
• Bonne capacitié de prise d’initiative dans son domaine de compétence.
• Bonne aptitude au dialogue avec le sens de l’accueil et du service pour être perçu par ses clients et collaborateurs internes comme une personne de confiance.
• Esprit d’équipe et travail en équipe
• Ponctualité et flexibilité dans les horaires
• La connaissance de base en anglais est un plus.
