We are looking for:

A motivated and experienced Digital Growth and Innovation Delivery Manager to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of IT services across Syensqo’s Growth and Innovation domains, including Research & Innovation, Sustainability, and Commercial & Pricing analytics solutions. You will be a key player in our transformation journey, driving service excellence, operational performance, and innovation in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your leadership and coordination across delivery, service, and performance management will be instrumental in ensuring scalable, sustainable, and high-value IT solutions.

 

We count on you to:

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of services within the Growth and Innovation perimeter, ensuring alignment with business expectations and SLAs

  • Monitor service effectiveness by establishing and tracking relevant KPIs

  • Act as the reference point for Foundation Office processes across the following areas:

    • Incident, problem, and service request management

    • Demand intake and business relationship coordination

    • Change and release management

    • Knowledge management and documentation

    • Continuous improvement and dashboard reporting

    • Service catalog and asset lifecycle management

    • Access rights governance and data policy adherence

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in IT, cybersecurity, and business units to understand and address evolving service needs

  • Promote innovation by integrating cutting-edge technologies and driving adoption of best practices

  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations

  • Support a continuous improvement culture by applying lessons learned and industry best practices

  • Coordinate software procurement activities and ensure optimal use of run budgets

  • Report to senior leadership on service performance, issues, risks, and improvement plans

  • Lead and deliver initiatives using agile methodologies

 

You will bring:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

  • Solid experience as a Delivery Manager or in an equivalent IT service role

  • Familiarity with large, complex organizational structures and IT processes

  • Experience working in international, multicultural environments

  • Understanding of scientific workflows, solutions, and business needs

  • Strong project management capabilities and ability to drive cross-functional alignment

  • Result orientation and ability to make an impact

  • Empowerment, accountability, and operational leadership

  • Team spirit and cross-functional collaboration

  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, and scientific progress

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate technical issues into business terms
