We are looking for:

- 50% supporting the Cybersecurity Infrastructure team on security architecture support and security-by-design activities in projects
- Your mission is to support documentation, coordination, and continuous improvement activities across both IT controls and cybersecurity, while building a strong foundation in internal controls and secure architecture practices.
We count on you for:

- Supporting day-to-day coordination of ITGC activities across IT teams
- Helping collect, organize, and track evidence and documentation (e.g., access reviews, change management evidence, control narratives)
- Assisting in maintaining status dashboards, trackers, and action plans (progress follow-up, remediation tracking, deliverables planning)
- Participating in meetings with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, GBS, Internal Audit); capturing minutes/action items and ensuring follow-up
- Contributing to the update and standardization of control documentation (procedures, work instructions, templates)
- Supporting internal communications and awareness materials (short guidance, FAQs, presentations)
- Cybersecurity infrastructure support (50% – with the Cybersecurity Infrastructure team)
Architecture support- Assisting in documenting security architectures (e.g., diagrams, data flows, trust boundaries)
- Helping maintain security architecture repositories (e.g., standards, patterns, reference designs), ensuring content is structured and up to date
- Security-by-design in projects
- Supporting solution reviews for new or changed systems (cloud, applications, infrastructure, and OT/IoT where relevant)
- Helping identify security risks and propose mitigations aligned with internal policies and recognized best practices, under supervision
- Supporting the preparation and consolidation of review outputs (notes, actions, evidence of design decisions)
- Note: this position is designed as a learning opportunity; responsibilities will evolve based on your skills, progress, and program needs, under the supervision of the ITGC IT Lead and the Cybersecurity Infrastructure team.
You can count on us for:
- Gaining hands-on experience across two complementary areas: IT controls (ITGC) and cybersecurity infrastructure / security architecture
- Learning practical, in-demand skills such as evidence and documentation management, architecture diagramming, and security-by-design support in real projects
- Coaching and mentoring from the ITGC IT Lead and the Cybersecurity Infrastructure team, with progressive autonomy as you grow
- Visibility through contribution to high-impact activities that support audit readiness and strengthen the organization’s security posture
- A dynamic, international, and innovative environment, with opportunities to suggest improvements to templates, repositories, and ways of working
- A collaborative and inclusive team culture that values diverse perspectives

- First experience (internship, academic project, student job) in IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure/cloud, audit, risk, or compliance is a plus, but not required
- Interest in both:
- IT controls / ITGC and how organizations stay audit-ready, and
- Cybersecurity foundations, especially architecture concepts and security-by-design

- Ability to produce clear documentation (diagrams, templates, meeting notes, trackers) and maintain structured repositories
- Good organizational skills to support coordination activities (tracking actions, preparing materials, following up with stakeholders)
- Comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams) and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io) is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus (French appreciated but not mandatory)
- Proactive and reliable; able to work autonomously on assigned tasks while escalating questions and risks when needed
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking to review evidence, keep repositories accurate, and support follow-up of actions
- Analytical mindset to identify gaps or inconsistencies in documentation (controls evidence, architecture diagrams, project inputs)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Team-oriented, cooperative, adaptable, and eager to learn in a changing environment
You will get:
- Transport allowance
