Intern Microsoft Transformation (F/H/X)

We are looking for:

An intern to contribute to a major Microsoft transformation program, focused on the migration of digital solutions from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. The internship will primarily support:

• The rebuild of Google AppSheet applications into Microsoft Power Apps
• The migration of Google Apps Scripts into:
  • Office Scripts (TypeScript)
  • Power Automate (workflow automation)

The scope covers a wide range of use cases, from simple automations to more complex business applications, with projects typically ranging from a few days to several weeks. You will work in close collaboration with IT transformation teams, digital champions, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.

We count on you to contribute to the transformation by:

• Analyzing existing AppSheet applications and Apps Scripts (logic, data flows, business needs)
• Rebuilding solutions in Microsoft 365 using:
  • Power Apps (applications)
  • Office Scripts (Excel automation)
  • Power Automate (flows, triggers, integrations)
• Testing and validating the migrated solutions with end users
• Using AI tools (Copilot, Syensqo SyGPT, etc.) to accelerate development and code conversion
• Contributing to standard migration patterns and reusable components
• Supporting documentation and knowledge sharing across teams

• Provide guidance and coaching from IT and digital experts
• Give you autonomy while ensuring strong support from the team
• Align your assignments with your interests and technical strengths where possible

You will bring:

• Being in the process of obtaining a master’s degree in engineering, IT or related field
• Strong interest in development and automation technologies
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript or similar)
• Curiosity about AI tools and their usage in development
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a project-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders
• Fluent in English
• A first experience (internship or project) in development, scripting, or automation is a plus

You will get : 

• Allowance between 1000€ and 1400€
• Transport allowance
• Meal allowance

Additional information:

• Position located in Lyon (France) – or flexible depending on profile
• Duration: 3 to 6 months
• Start date: flexible (2026)
