We are looking for:

A passionate and experienced Product Manager – Labs & Formulations Analytics to join Syensqo’s IT team and contribute to our ongoing transformation. In this strategic role, you will shape and deliver digital solutions that drive innovation within our Research & Innovation ecosystem, focusing on lab data and formulations analytics. Your mission will be to develop sustainable, efficient, and user-centric products, while collaborating with research, commercial, and digital teams to unlock value, improve customer experience, and support scientific excellence.

We count on you to:

• Define a clear vision and product roadmap for labs and formulations analytics tools, aligned with the Research & Innovation strategy.

• Identify opportunities for advanced technologies (AI, Quantum, etc.) to enhance research productivity and operational effectiveness.

• Drive the full product lifecycle — from ideation to delivery — ensuring robust, high-quality, and user-driven digital products.

• Collaborate with developers, data scientists, software engineers, and researchers to bring cutting-edge digital solutions to life.

• Measure and optimize the performance and impact of deployed solutions through relevant KPIs and continuous feedback loops.

• Ensure that all solutions uphold Syensqo’s ethical, sustainability, and compliance standards.

• Manage risks associated with new technologies and safeguard alignment with regulatory and policy requirements.

• Actively engage with stakeholders across Research & Innovation, customer-facing teams, and Syensqo.ai to co-create value and foster alignment.

• Build strong relationships with external partners, technology providers, and research institutions.

• Allocate resources and manage budgets effectively to deliver projects on time and within scope.

• Promote a culture of trust, collaboration, and “Speak Up,” facilitating open dialogue and team cohesion.

• Lead by example, embodying Syensqo’s values and motivating cross-functional teams toward common goals.

You will bring:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is a strong plus.

• Solid experience in product management, preferably in a scientific, laboratory, or analytics-focused environment.

• Strong knowledge of laboratory workflows, data analytics, and formulation technologies.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and translate user needs into impactful digital products.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• A deep sense of purpose, integrity, and curiosity for scientific progress and sustainability.
