Job Overview :
- A dynamic and visionary Product Manager Salesforce Sales & Services who will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge CRM solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement. You will be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey, ensuring that our Salesforce platform aligns with strategic business objectives and delivers exceptional value.
Responsibilities
- Engage Stakeholders: Act as the primary liaison with the CRM Champions network and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop People: Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and accountability.
- Drive Product Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans for Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and enhance user experience.
- Performance Management: define and monitor KPIs to manage activities, ensuring that all team members working on the Salesforce platform fulfill their commitments with timely, budget-conscious delivery of projects and maintenance activities, while adhering to established quality standards and policies.
- Collaborative Roadmap Coordination: Strong collaboration with Platform Architect, Delivery Manager, and Technical Manager to coordinate the roadmap of major activities to be performed by the teams.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee financial management on your scope of action and relation with external partners.
- Lead Change Management: Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption and integration of Salesforce solutions across the organization.
- Project Leadership: Lead Salesforce-related initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report on key milestones.
Essential Skills
- Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Leadership and Operational Skills: Proven ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams, demonstrating empowerment, accountability, and operational leadership within large, complex organizational structures.
- Project and Delivery Focus: Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies, emphasizing efficient delivery and making things happen in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability and Learning: Capacity to engage positively with stakeholders, embracing simplification, agility, and continuous learning.
- Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience with the Salesforce Ecosystem and a solid understanding of CRM systems, especially in the manufacturing chemical industry.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in French is a plus.
- IT and Analytical Skills: Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, the ITIL framework, and strong analytical skills to identify trends from complex data.
- Global and Multicultural Experience: Proven experience working in international, multicultural environments, including collaboration with offshore teams.
