We are looking for:

A Reliability Engineer (M/F/X) to join our Tavaux site in France.

Reporting to the Head of the Maintenance Engineering Department, you will provide technical support by identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and by implementing improvements through the analysis of data available in our IT systems (SAP ERP, MES, etc.). You will play an active role in the site's continuous improvement and maintenance 4.0 transformation initiatives.

 

You will contribute by:

  • Analyzing data related to maintenance repair costs and equipment efficiency (OEE) to develop reliability improvement plans

  • Prioritizing actions based on key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Investigating equipment failures using problem-solving and root cause analysis methods, in collaboration with other site departments and through the facilitation of multidisciplinary working groups

  • Defining and implementing preventive maintenance plans and identifying spare part requirements

  • Supporting the definition of maintenance strategies for new equipment

You will bring:

  • A general engineering degree (e.g., ENSAM) with an initial experience in maintenance within an industrial setting

  • Solid technical expertise in mechanics, materials, and automation

  • Experience in failure analysis and reliability methods

  • The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and facilitate collaborative workshops

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluency in English

  • SAP knowledge would be an asset
