The Composite Materials Global Business Unit (GBU) develops, produces, and markets the majority of materials needed for the production of automotive and aerospace structures, such as prepregs, adhesives, and coating films.
We are looking for:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with multilingual skills and a quick learning ability. You will play a key role in the European Customer Service team, acting as the interface between the commercial and supply chain organizations. You will manage and support your own customer portfolio, ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed every time. As a member of the European Customer Service team, you will report to the Head of European Customer Service and act as a liaison between our customers and internal departments.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing our international key account customers

Independently preparing calculations and offers

Handling document requests
-
Coordinating and managing customer projects in close collaboration with Key Account Management and internal departments

Supporting accounts receivable management

A completed degree or commercial training

Ideally, experience in sales or customer service for key account clients

Fluent in German, French, and English
-
Good proficiency in MS Office applications

Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus
