Wir suchen:

Für unsere Abteilung Operational Excellence suchen wir einen Studenten (gn) für ein Praxissemester oder eine Abschlussarbeit mit Fokus auf Prozessoptimierung.

Deine möglichen Aufgaben:

• Mitarbeit an einem aktuellen Prozessoptimierungsprojekt (konkretes Thema wird zu Beginn gemeinsam festgelegt)

• Analyse bestehender Abläufe und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen

• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen

• Dokumentation von Prozessen und Ergebnissen

• Vorbereitung und ggf. Durchführung von Workshops oder Schulungen

Was wir bieten:

• Die Möglichkeit, ein eigenes Projekt im Bereich Prozessoptimierung aktiv mitzugestalten

• Einblicke in die Methoden und Werkzeuge des Operational Excellence

• Ein dynamisches und internationales Arbeitsumfeld

• Dauer: 3 bis 6 Monate

Das bringst du mit:

• Eingeschrieben in einen technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengang (Bachelor oder Master)

• Interesse an Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung

• Analytisches Denken und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
