Einen QMS & Certification Specialist (gn) für das QMS & Certification Team.

Standort: Östringen. 

Deine Aufgaben:

• Sorgfältige Pflege und kontinuierliche, detailgetreue Weiterentwicklung des Dokumentenmanagementsystems zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten und transparenten Dokumentenlenkung.

• Präzise Kontrolle und Bewertung der Zertifikate, inklusive der Erstellung von Reklamationen an die Lieferanten, um die Einhaltung der Qualitätsanforderungen sicherzustellen.

• Termingerechte und fehlerfreie Erstellung sowie Versand von Konformitätszertifikaten als wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Kundenservices.

• Eigenständige, strukturierte Planung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsprojekten zur Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems (QMS).

• Planung und Durchführung von abteilungsübergreifenden, qualitätsbezogenen Schulungen, um das Qualitätsbewusstsein bei Schnittstellenpartnern zu stärken.

• Regelmäßige, genaue Überprüfung und Anpassung von Prozess- und Arbeitsanweisungen zur Sicherstellung der Prozesskonformität.

Das bringst du mit:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement von Vorteil.

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung.

• Eigenverantwortliche, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.

• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Softwareanwendungen (z.B. MS Office).

• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil.
