We are looking for:

A experienced finance professional with finance control experience and power to be a Reporting & FP&A Process Specialist for supporting the broader FP&A team by improving the way we report, plan, and operate. This role is intended to simplify recurring activities, automate manual work, improve reporting quality, and strengthen core finance processes so the team can operate more efficiently and provide better support to the business.

Improve and automate FP&A reporting: Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring reports, dashboards, and templates to improve accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and usability.

Simplify and standardize finance processes: Review current FP&A processes, identify inefficiencies, and help create streamlined workflows, clear ownership, and standardized ways of working.

Support planning and performance management cycles: Assist the team during monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and business review processes by providing reliable reporting, analysis, and process support.

Maintain process documentation and governance: Create and update documentation for key FP&A processes, reporting routines, approval flows, and Delegation of Authority guidelines.

Enable the broader FP&A team: Support team members with tools, templates, ad hoc analysis, reporting improvements, and training to drive consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement.

You will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business (Master’s a plus).
-
Relevant experience in FP&A, management reporting, controlling, or finance transformation.

5-10 years of finance experience including FP&A experience is preferred.

Proven ability to standardize and automate recurring FP&A reports, dashboards, and templates.

Solid understanding of P&L and variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast).

Experience supporting monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and business review cycles.

Advanced Excel skills (incl. Power Query/pivots; strong template design and structuring).

Reporting/BI tool experience (e.g., Power BI/Tableau/Qlik) and strong data quality/validation mindset.

Automation/data skills are a plus (SQL, Power Automate, VBA/Python/Alteryx) and familiarity with ERP/EPM tools is beneficial.
