We are looking for:

• A skilled and motivated Process Engineer with a strong background in the chemical industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in chemical process management and a passion for tackling new challenges.

You will bring:

• Master’s degree (minimum) in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institute (IITs, ICT, NITs, BITS, or equivalent).

• 2–8 years of experience as a Chemical Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Proven experience in process engineering, including greenfield and brownfield projects.

• Experience supporting operational units with troubleshooting and process improvements.

• Proficiency in heat and mass balance calculations, and design of unit operations.

• Familiarity with software such as Aspen, Hysys, and statistical tools (preferred).

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, value chains, and key operational metrics.

• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.

• Strong analytical, conceptual, project management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in English.
