About the job

We are seeking a  experience functional technician that will be responsible to support users on a portfolio of applications . This role focuses on incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, escalation and managing access management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 support on a portfolio of applications such as Monday.com, MIRO, AODocs, Google sites, Keepek, Labware, Drupal etc
• Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across applications
• Assign and review role-based access ensuring least privilege principles.
• Implement and enforce security policies aligned with regulatory
• Conduct periodic access reviews and segregation of duties checks.
• Prepare audit logs and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support audit teams during security assessments.
• Investigate unauthorized access attempts and escalate incidents.
• Perform risk analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with IT, business units, and compliance teams to align access with organizational needs.

Skills/certifications required:- 

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in application support / technical specialist roles supporting business applications. 
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
• ITIL certification

Soft Skills

• Familiarity with WEB applications like (Monday.com, MIRO, AODocs, Google sites, Keepek, Labware, Drupal).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work individually and collaborate with a team.
• ITSM - Incident, Problem, Change Management
