About the job We are seeking a highly motivated and rigorous Business Intelligence Operations Analyst responsible for supporting and maintaining BI systems in a production environment. This includes monitoring BI processes, responding to incident tickets, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing operational workflows to ensure data availability and reliability. The right candidate should be flexible and open to using various Business Intelligence tools such as Qlik as the main solution, Tableau, Power BI, and/ or SAP Analytic Cloud. Key Outputs
