Cybersecurity Delivery Coordinator (Cybersecurity& Identity and access management IAM)
The Cyber Delivery Coordinator is responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery and operational governance of cybersecurity and IAM services provided by external vendors and internal teams. This role ensures service quality, contractual compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across Security and IAM services.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-vendor & Contract Management

Coordinate and align multiple external service providers involved in Security and IAM services.

Monitor vendor performance against contractual commitments, SLAs, and KPIs.

Identify service gaps, overlaps, risks, and dependencies across providers and drive corrective actions with the service owner and internal teams.

Support contract lifecycle activities, including contract preparation renewals, service transitions, and onboarding of new providers.
Services Governance

Support the governance of cybersecurity services delivered by external providers (MSSP, IAM vendors, integrators).

Monitor daily vendor activities (monitoring, detection, incident response) to make sure they are in line with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and security requirements.

Coordinate service reviews, operational committees, and steering committees with vendors
Cybersecurity & IAM Oversight

Provide oversight of IAM services including Identity Governance, Access Management, PAM, MFA, and SSO.

Ensure IAM services are aligned with internal security policies, compliance requirements, and business needs.

Validate operational deliverables (SOP, ITSM workflows, and service catalog) from service providers.
Delivery, Risk and communication

Support planning and coordination of cyber initiatives impacting SOC and IAM services.

Participate in major incident management to ensure communication

Track risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when necessary.

Audit SPOC and actions follow-up
Stakeholder Management
-
Interface with internal stakeholders: CISO office, IT infrastructure operations, and business teams.

Provide clear reporting on service performance, risks, and improvement plans to senior management.

Act as a trusted operational partner for internal teams on cybersecurity service topics.
Continuous Improvement & Transformation

Contributes to the evolution of the SOC and IAM operating model.

Identify opportunities to optimize service and processes quality, efficiency, and cost.
Cybersecurity & Technical Skills
-
Strong understanding of SOC operations, incident management, and threat monitoring.

Solid expertise in IAM domains (IGA, PAM, Access Management, MFA, SSO).

Knowledge of hybrid and cloud security environments.
-
Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
Service & Vendor Management Skills

Proven experience in cybersecurity service delivery or service management on the client side.

Strong experience managing external service providers and MSSPs.
-
Good understanding of ITIL-based service governance, SLA/KPI management, and contract oversight.
Soft Skills

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to challenge and steer vendors while representing the client’s interests.

Structured, analytical, and risk-driven mindset.

Ability to operate in complex, high-stakes environments.
Education & Experience
-
Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
-
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC, or IAM roles, preferably within a large organization.

Experience working with or managing SOC and IAM service providers is highly valued.
-
Certifications are a plus: CISSP, CISM, ITIL, SOC or IAM-related certifications.
Languages
-
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

French is a plus
