The IT team is making operational adjustments to supercharge value across the entire organization.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP PP QM Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The role also requires familiarity with interfaces between SAP and external systems such as Labware (LIMS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SAP MII, and similar platforms. This position will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to optimize and enhance manufacturing and quality processes through SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities of this role:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP and QM solutions.
Configure, customize, and support SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules.
Lead or participate in SAP projects, including rollouts, upgrades, and process improvements.
Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP PP/QM users.
Understand and support interfaces between SAP and external systems such as Labware (LIMS), MES, SAP MII, and other manufacturing or laboratory platforms.
Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
Conduct user training and workshops to ensure effective use of SAP PP and QM functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, IT, supply chain) to ensure seamless integration of SAP processes.
Stay updated on SAP best practices, new features, and industry trends.

You will interact with different key stakeholders on the business side and on the IT side:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP PP and QM modules (implementation and support).
Familiarity with SAP integration to external systems such as Labware (LIMS), MES, SAP MII, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes.
SAP certification in PP and/or QM is an advantage.

Be available on-call on a rotating schedule to handle major issues outside of working hours Mon to Fri

Education and experience*

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP PP and QM modules (implementation and support).
Familiarity with SAP integration to external systems such as Labware (LIMS), MES, SAP MII, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes.

Skills and behavioral competencies
