The IoT Hub Operations Specialist is a key member of the IoT Hub DevOps team, responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and efficiency of Syensqo’s IoT Hub platform. This role focuses on operational excellence, including system monitoring, incident response, maintenance, process optimization, compliance, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with development, security, data teams, and business units to support the platform’s ongoing success and continuous improvement.
We count on you for:
Azure Platform Operations & Maintenance
- Monitor the health, performance, and availability of the IoT Hub platform, devices, and integrations using cloud-native and third-party tools.
- Execute routine and preventive maintenance, including software updates, patch management, and device lifecycle operations.
- Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable operations across all environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod).
Incident Management & User Support
- Serve as the first responder for operational incidents, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolution with relevant teams.
- Manage and resolve user ticket requests, providing timely and effective support to internal stakeholders.
Process Optimization & Automation
- Identify opportunities to optimize operational processes and workflows.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring, alerting, and reporting systems.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational procedures, and compliance records.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all operational activities comply with Syensqo’s security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Reporting & Collaboration
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on system performance, incidents, and operational metrics to management and stakeholders.
