We are looking for: 


The Engineer for MS365 Sharepoint & Teams is the Level 3 (L3) authority within their service domain, acting as the final escalation point for complex operational issues while owning the health, stability, and continuous improvement of the service. 

Beyond incident resolution, this role is accountable for strengthening service maturity, ensuring operational KPIs are met, and driving long-term improvements through standardisation, knowledge creation, and problem management.

We count on you for:

  • Support Operation: 

  • Act as L3 to resolve escalated incidents from L2 and helpdesk  

  • Intervene on the resolution of complexed incidents in collaboration with other technical domains 

  • Contribute and maintain RCA documents 

  • Analyze recurring incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive measures to minimize future occurrences. 

  • Oversee the lifecycle of user accounts and licenses (access to specific licenses/features, license cleaning, etc.). 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date system configurations. 

  • Support the SME in the delivery of specific reporting and analysis. 

  • Support the SME in the governance with 3rd party services connected to MS365 ecosystem 

  • Participate and contribute in operational committees and meetings with SME and Platform managers focusing on operation and support SLAs & KPIs 

  • Support technical planning, testing, and implementing changes to the services. 

  • Involve key business and IT stakeholders to clarify and define processes

  • Continuous Improvement and Transformation: 

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance operational efficiency. 

  • Execute security controls, policies and related governance to improve the platform’s security

  • Contribute to transformation projects by bringing your knowledge and technical expertise of these services (ex: service version upgrade, build of a new integration, service evolutions.). 

  • Documentation and Training: 

  • Develop and maintain  

  • HLD/LLD of applications 

  • Incident Resolution Matrix 

  • Knowledge base support articles 

  • User guides and training materials for helpdesk and users 

  • Contribute to building a comprehensive documentation of the application’s architecture, processes and procedures (ex: service requests, account lifecycle management, integrations, etc.). 

 

You will bring:*

Indicate the required education in terms of minimum years of education, required type of degree, field of studies, etc. and the required knowledge and/or experience in terms of minimum years of experience in the respective field 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.

  • MS102, MS900 and/or MS-600 Certified 

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise IT service operations or platform support 

  • Proven experience acting as L3 / expert escalation in a global environment 

  • SharePoint Online & On-Premises:

    1. Site collections, lists, libraries, permissions, workflows, content types, and site design.

    2. Migration tools and processes (e.g., SharePoint Migration Tool, third-party tools).

    3. PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.

  • Microsoft Teams:

    1. Teams setup, policies, governance, and lifecycle management.

    2. Integration with SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 services.

    3. Teams voice, meetings, and telephony (if relevant).

  • Microsoft 365 Ecosystem:

    1. Understanding of Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.

    2. Security and compliance features (DLP, retention, auditing).

  • Collaboration & Integration:

    1. Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for extending SharePoint/Teams functionality.

    2. Experience with third-party integrations and connectors.

  • Troubleshooting & Support:

    1. Diagnosing issues with permissions, access, sync, and user adoption.

    2. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin centers and monitoring tools.
