About the job 

We are seeking an RPA Support Analyst with 2 years of experience on the UiPath platform & Microsoft Power Automate to support the day-to-day operations, monitoring, and maintenance of automated processes, as well as the development of new bots and enhancement of existing bots.

This role focuses on incident management, automation monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, minor code fixes, operational support, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for RPA solutions deployed across the organization.

 

The role requires close collaboration with business users, RPA developers, and platform administrators to ensure automation stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Objectives of this role

  • Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for UiPath automations in production.

  • Monitor automation executions via UiPath Orchestrator (queues, jobs, triggers, robots) and Power Automate console.

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve failed automations, including:

  • Restarting failed jobs

  • Reprocessing queue items

  • Handling business and system exceptions

  • Perform basic debugging and code fixes in UiPath workflows under guidance of senior developers.

  • Analyze logs, screenshots, and Orchestrator alerts to determine root causes of failures.

  • Support new RPA developments during deployment and hypercare phases.

  • Execute and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

  • Prepare test cases

  • Run test scenarios

  • Log defects and validate fixes

  • Perform non-regression testing during releases or platform upgrades.

  • Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and incident reports.

  • Communicate effectively with business users to explain incidents, resolutions, and RPA operational processes.

  • Escalate complex issues to RPA developers or platform teams when required.

  • Work in shifts if required to ensure automation coverage and operational continuity.

Education and experience*

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2 years of experience  RPA Development, monitoring and support operations. Hands-on experience with the UiPath platform & Microsoft Power Platform, including:

    • UiPath Studio (development and debugging)

    • UiPath Orchestrator (monitoring jobs, queues, assets, schedules, robots)

    • Power Automate

  • Experience with :

    • Exception handling

    • Logging and error analysis

    • RPA lifecycle (development, testing, deployment, support)

    • Experience interacting with business applications (ERP, web apps, legacy systems) is a plus.

    • Making enhancements to existing bots

Skills and behavioral competencies*  

Technical skills

  • Experience with development/coding in UiPath Studio

  • UiPath Orchestrator monitoring and operations

  • Power Automate monitoring & troubleshooting

  • Automation troubleshooting and incident resolution

  • UiPath workflow debugging and code modifications

  • Understanding of queues, transactions, retries, and exception handling

  • Exposure to UAT and non-regression testing practices

  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts (incident, problem, change management) is a plus

  • Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
