About The Job:

We are seeking a Senior RPA developer with +5 years experience with UiPath platform to manage supporting the day-to-day operations of existing automated processes, enhancement of existing bots, as well as the development of new bots. This role ensures effective incident management, proactive automation monitoring, thorough
troubleshooting and debugging, timely code fixes, comprehensive operational support, and successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for RPA solutions implemented across the organization.

The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders across IT and business to ensure automation stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

 

Objectives of this role:

  • Monitor automation executions via UiPath Orchestrator (queues, jobs, triggers, robots)
  • Coordinate, mentor, and advise the support team, assisting them with day-to-day monitoring and troubleshooting activities.
  • Use problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to find and fix failed automations.
  • Manage and resolve automation failures by restarting jobs, reprocessing items, handling exceptions, and analyzing root causes.
  • Support new RPA developments
  • Execute and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
  • Prepare & run test cases
  • Perform non-regression testing during releases or platform upgrades.
  • Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and incident reports.
  • Communicate effectively with business users to explain incidents, resolutions, and RPA operational processes.
  • Effectively communicate monitoring and troubleshooting status to management.
  • Ensure the support team adheres to governance processes, follows best practices, and maintains up-to-date documentation.
  • Work in shifts if required to ensure automation coverage and operational continuity

 

Education and experience*

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • +5 years of experience RPA Development, monitoring and support operations. Hands-on experience with the UiPath Platform, including:           
                   1. UiPath Studio (development and debugging)
                   2. UiPath Orchestrator (monitoring jobs, queues, assets, schedules, robots)
  • Experience with: 
                   1. RPA lifecycle (development, testing, deployment, support)
                   2. Experience interacting with business applications (ERP, web apps, legacy systems) is a plus.

 

Skills and behavioral competencies* Technical skills

  • Experience with development/coding in UiPath Studio
  • UiPath Orchestrator monitoring and operations
  • Experience consuming APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrating RPA workflows with external services.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or LINQ for data querying and manipulation within automation workflows.
  • Automation troubleshooting and incident resolution
  • UiPath workflow debugging and code modifications
  • Experienced with ITIL concepts (incident, problem, change management)
  • Experience with Power Automate is a big plus; alternatively, a willingness to learn and develop skills in this tool is encouraged
