About the job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Transition & Operations Coordinator to drive the successful transition of Network Services operations from external vendors to the GCC operating model.

This role plays a critical part in establishing a structured, scalable, and sustainable operational framework while ensuring service continuity, operational excellence, and governance throughout the transformation journey. 

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in IT operations, service management, operational governance, and transition management within complex enterprise environments. This role requires strong ownership, process leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive alignment across global teams, functional managers, vendors, and service delivery teams. 

Collaborating closely with Service Owners, Functional Managers, and Global Operations teams, this person will ensure operational readiness, service quality, onboarding excellence, and continuous improvement across the Network Services landscape.

This role requires working in shifts.

 

Key Responsibilities


  • Transition & Process Build

    • Support the transition from external vendors to the GCC model

    • Define, structure, and implement operational processes for the Network team

    • Ensure consistency, standardization, and scalability of all processes

    • Contribute to building a sustainable and efficient operating model

    • Documentation & Knowledge Management

    • Drive the creation and maintenance of operational documentation (KBA, runbooks, procedures)

    • Ensure proper documentation coverage for all key activities

    • Follow up with L2/L3 teams to maintain high-quality and up-to-date knowledge base

  • Operational Onboarding

    • Define and manage onboarding processes for new team members

    • Rationalize and standardize access management (tools, systems, accounts)

    • Ensure smooth and fast ramp-up for new joiners

    • Reporting & Dashboarding

    • Build and maintain operational dashboards (daily performance, backlog, incidents, SLAs)

    • Support the implementation of regular reporting for management

    • Track key performance indicators and ensure visibility on service performance

  • Run Coordination & Daily Operations

    • Act as a dispatcher and operational coordinator across teams

    • Organize and facilitate daily operational meetings (daily calls, handovers between regions: APAC / EMEA / NAM/LAM)

    • Ensure proper follow-up on incidents, backlog, and work orders

    • Support workload distribution and prioritization

  • Governance & Continuous Improvement

    • Monitor SLA performance and operational KPIs

    • Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

    • Produce regular service reporting(weekly, monthly) on operational performance and service quality

  • Experience

    • 8+ Strong experience in IT operations (Run environment)

    • Proven experience in process definition, operational governance, or PMO roles

    • Experience in network environments is a strong plus

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
