Job Purpose
As a Zscaler Build and Support Senior Expert, you will be responsible for the design,
implementation, and ongoing support of Zscaler cloud security solutions across
Syensqo’s global environment. You will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for
Zscaler technologies, ensuring secure, reliable, and optimized internet and cloud
access for all users.

Key Responsibilities
● Design & Implementation
o Lead the architecture, deployment, and configuration of Zscaler Internet
Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.
o Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution
designs, implementation guides, and standard operating procedures.
o Collaborate with network, security, and application Product owner
teams to integrate Zscaler with existing infrastructure.

● Support & Troubleshooting
o Provide advanced technical support for Zscaler solutions, including
incident response, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
o Act as the escalation point for complex Zscaler-related issues.
o Monitor system health, performance, and security posture, proactively
addressing potential risks.
● Continuous Improvement
o Stay current with Zscaler product updates, security trends, and best
practices.
o Recommend and implement enhancements to improve security, user
experience, and operational efficiency.
o Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for IT Level2 staff
and end-users support group.

● Compliance & Governance
o Ensure Zscaler deployments comply with Syensqo’s security policies
and relevant regulatory requirements.
o Participate in audits and risk assessments as needed.

Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
field (or equivalent experience).
● 7+ years of experience in network security, with at least 2 years focused on
Zscaler solutions.
● Deep expertise in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access
(ZPA).
● Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, proxies).
● Experience with cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a
plus.
● Relevant certifications (e.g., Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional, CCNP
Security) are highly desirable.
● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
