TA Partner GCC

We are looking for

A Talent Acquisition Partner to support the GCC ramp-up in Pune, with a strong focus on IT and digital recruitment.

The role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers and HR, and ensure high-quality delivery and candidate experience across priority GCC IT positions.

Recruitment Delivery: 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and GCC roles 

• Conduct screening and competency-based interviews 

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines 

• Support offer management and candidate closure 

• Ensure timely and high-quality recruitment delivery 

Stakeholder Partnership: 

• Partner with IT, GCC, HR and hiring managers 

• Provide market insights and sourcing recommendations 

• Set clear expectations on timelines, talent availability, and risks 

• Establish regular recruitment reviews and track progress 

Systems, Data and Reporting: 

• Manage all recruitment activity and candidate data accurately in SuccessFactors 

• Work effectively with the relevant VMS tool to manage contingent workforce processes where required 

• Use Power BI dashboards to monitor recruitment performance, identify trends, and track key KPIs 

• Extract and prepare recruitment reports for regular sharing with HR, IT, GCC leadership, and hiring managers 

• Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and timely reporting

You will bring: 

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role 

• Proven experience in IT or digital recruitment 

• Experience supporting a GCC, shared services center, or technology organization 

• Strong knowledge of the Indian IT talent market, particularly Pune 

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in an internal TA model 

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills 

• A proactive, structured and results-oriented mindset 

• Strong hands-on knowledge of SuccessFactors, which is a critical requirement for the role 

• Practical experience working with a VMS tool 

• Experience using Power BI dashboards to track recruitment performance and produce management reports
