We are looking for:  

  • A skilled Continual Improvement Engineer to drive process optimization and operational excellence across the organization and utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality management tools to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and sustain best practices, supporting Syensqo mission of scientific exploration and breakthrough advancement.

  • Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Project Management: Lead and support improvement projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
  • Data Collection & Analysis:Gather and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement using statistical tools.
  • Training & Coaching: Train and mentor employees on continuous improvement methodologies and best practices.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, engineering, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement activities.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of process changes, project progress, and outcomes.

You will bring:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Experience in process improvement, manufacturing, or quality engineering
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies (certification is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Minitab, Power BI)
  • Results-oriented mindset

  • Adaptability and openness to change
  • Attention to detai
