We account on you for:

Laboratory Experimentation & Documentation

• Plan and execute effective laboratory experiments, including formulation development, stability studies, and application testing, while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Should have hands on experience in Agro Formaultion developement both in Liquid and Solid domains like Capsulated Suspensions, Suspensions concentrate,
• Dispersible Cocentrate, Tablet formaultions.
• Understanding Structure property corelation and its impact on the appication performance
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all experiments and results using digital tools.
• Perform patent and literature surveys to support innovation and project development.
• Assist in building and maintaining global technical data and knowledge bases.

Technical Communication & Reporting

• Communicate experimental results and technical findings to internal and external stakeholders through clear technical reports and presentations.
• Prepare technical literature, application notes, case studies, and white papers as needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, production, and sales teams to support new product launches, customer projects, and technical training.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and strong problem-solving skills.

Customer Support & Technical Service

• Serve as the primary technical contact for Agro customers, addressing inquiries and providing effective solutions related to product applications and performance.
• Conduct product demonstrations, application trials, and troubleshooting at customer sites and in the laboratory.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and relay insights to relevant teams.
• Document and report all customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided.
• Support the sales team with pre- and post-sales technical expertise, including customer visits, product recommendations, and troubleshooting.

Market & Industry Engagement

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to represent the company and stay informed about market developments.
• Support the development and execution of technical service plans to achieve business objectives.
• Provide input for product development based on customer needs and market trends.

You will bring:

• M.Sc. (Agrochemicals / Pesticide Chemistry/Biopesticides), M.Sc. (Physical Chemistry), M Tech & BTech Tech with relevant Agro experience of minimum 6 year.
  Preferably in formulation development of Agro Chemicals/Pesticides.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in technical service, application support, or a similar customer-facing technical role, preferably in the agrochemical industry or similar industry 
• Strong understanding of product formulation, application processes, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Understanding of Structure property corelation is a must
• Experience with hand-on execution of the products at the production level is an advantage.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant technical software.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
