  • Translate operational challenges into digital solutions that are intuitive, robust, and effective for daily use in manufacturing environments.
  • Ensure features reflect the needs of users such as plant operators, process engineers, production supervisors, and maintenance teams.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Act as the voice of the manufacturing user across the product lifecycle.
  • Engage with plant teams, digital and data experts, IT architects, and business leaders to align expectations and ensure end-to-end value delivery.

Product Ownership & Delivery

  • Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog based on value, effort, and feedback.
  • Convert business requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Lead agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Adoption & Change Enablement

  • Champion platform adoption across plants by working closely with site leaders and operational stakeholders.
  • Support user onboarding, training, documentation, and feedback loops to drive successful implementation and scale-up.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Define meaningful KPIs to track user adoption, system performance, and impact on operational metrics.
  • Use insights and user feedback to continuously improve product features and workflows.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably with exposure to industrial operations, plant systems, or data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, including production, maintenance, quality, and continuous improvement practices.

  • Hands-on experience in agile product development, including backlog management and iteration planning.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.
