Syensqo initiated a fundamental transformation and this transformation positioned digital technologies as key drivers to make it happen. It requires us to change the way we operate and leverage the tremendous amount of knowhow, knowledge, structured and unstructured datasets that today exist in the Group.
To achieve such a transformation,Syensqo has decided to create a startup team, Syensqo.ai, dedicated to the AI and Generative AI domain. One of the key achievements of this team is the launching of an AI Factory, designed to enable AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams to build, deploy, and scale AI-powered solutions (e.g. chatbots, copilots, APIs, reusable AI components).
The AI Factory Change & Adoption Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that the AI Factory is understood, adopted, and effectively used across the organization. The role acts as a bridge between the AI Factory Product Owner, technical delivery teams, and end users, translating AI Factory capabilities into clear value, usage patterns, and enablement journeys for both technical and non-technical audiences.
The position reports to the Change Manager and works in close collaboration with the AI Factory Product Owner.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Factory Adoption & Change Management
- Drive adoption of the AI Factory across technical (AI engineers, data scientists, developers) and non-technical user communities.
- Design and execute change and adoption strategies aligned with the AI Factory roadmap and delivery milestones.
- Identify adoption risks, resistance, and usability gaps, and proactively address them
- Collaboration with AI Factory Product Owner
- Work closely with the AI Factory Product Owner to:
- Understand the AI Factory vision, roadmap, priorities, and constraints
- Translate AI Factory features and technical capabilities into user-centric narratives
- Provide structured feedback from users to the Product Owner to influence backlog prioritization and AI Factory evolution.
- Support AI Factory product launches, major releases, and new capabilities from an adoption and enablement perspective.
Technical Enablement & Content
- Create high-quality enablement materials related to the AI Factory, including:
- AI Factory overviews and onboarding guides
- Technical and semi-technical documentation
- Tutorials, demos, walkthroughs, and videos
- Internal communications and adoption campaigns
- Ensure content accurately reflects AI Factory capabilities (e.g. APIs, tooling, reusable components, GenAI patterns) while remaining accessible.
Training, Workshops & Community Enablement
- Design and support training sessions and workshops for:
- Technical users (AI engineers, data scientists, developers)
- Business and non-technical stakeholders
Support live demos, onboarding sessions, and AI Factory community events in coordination with the Product Owner and technical teams.
Adoption Monitoring & Insights
- Monitor adoption, usage, and user satisfaction across AI Factory products and capabilities.
- Define and track adoption KPIs in collaboration with the AI Factory Product Owner and Change Manager.
- Translate data and qualitative feedback into concrete improvement actions.
Communication & Editorial Strategy
- Build and execute a structured communication and editorial plan to promote the AI Factory and its value.
- Ensure consistent messaging across Syensqo.ai initiatives and AI Factory communications.
- Stay current on AI Factory adoption practices and change management trends.
Education and experience
- Indicate the required education in terms of minimum years of education, required type of degree, field of studies, etc. and the required knowledge and/or experience in terms of minimum years of experience in the respective field
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital, Engineering, Data, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Junior to early-career profiles welcome, with demonstrated exposure to AI, data platforms, or digital products (internships, academic projects, certifications).
Skills and behavioral competencies

- Technical & Product Understanding
- Solid conceptual understanding of AI and Generative AI, including:
- AI Factory concepts and product ecosystems
- LLM fundamentals (prompting, evaluation, guardrails, RAG – conceptual level)
- Ability to understand AI Factory roadmaps, technical documentation, and architecture at a high level.
- Comfortable interacting with Product Owners, AI engineers, data scientists, and platform teams.
- Data-driven mindset, able to analyze adoption metrics and usage insights.
Change, Communication & Enablement
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-oriented content.
- Structured, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- High autonomy, energy, and strong execution mindset.
- Experience with content creation, video, or design tools is a plus.
Language skills
- Indicate the required language skills (mandatory and optional)
- Fluent in English. good level in French is a plus
