Syensqo initiated a fundamental transformation and this transformation positioned digital technologies as key drivers to make it happen. It requires us to change the way we operate and leverage the tremendous amount of knowhow, knowledge, structured and unstructured datasets that today exist in the Group.

Syensqo has decided to create a startup team, Syensqo.ai, dedicated to the AI and Generative AI domain. By taking this role, the Responsible AI & Business Analyst  will join this team right at its inception. Its mantra is simple: deliver value, with speed and agility while taking no compromise on compliance, ethics, guardrails or regulations. As part of the Syensqo.ai team, The Responsible AI & Business Analyst will play a crucial role in helping the business understand, adopt, and apply Responsible AI practices. Acting as a bridge between business users and expert functions (Legal, Compliance, DPO, Cybersecurity, IT, IP/Copyright), the role will translate rules into practical guidance, track actions, and make Responsible AI simple, actionable, and valuable.

The position reports to the Change Manager. S/he will be responsible for :

Key Responsibilities:

• Create content (presentations, guides, tutorials, posts, videos) to explain and promote AI tools.

• Support training sessions and workshops to make adoption easier.

• Collect and analyze adoption data (usage, barriers, satisfaction).

• Turn insights into actions and improvements.

• Build and run an editorial plan to give AI tools visibility.

• Stay up to date on AI and communication trends.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Value Focus: Direct all development activities to maximize business value and improve user experience within Syensqo

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

• Junior candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome.

Skills and behavioral competencies

• Curiosity for AI (ChatGPT, Gemini…) and its business use.

• Strong communication and writing skills.

• Data-driven, comfortable with analyzing and reporting.

• Creative and able to make content engaging.

• Organized and detail-oriented.

• Collaborative and adaptable.

• Autonomy and flexibility to adapt to change.

• Strong energy and willingness to make things move.

• Technical skills in video/design/editing tools are a plus.

Language skills

• Fluent in English. good level in French is a plus
